Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling You may reschedule your move at least 72 hours before the scheduled service time at no additional charge (subject to availability). Rescheduling within 72 hours of your scheduled move may incur a $75 rescheduling fee. Same-day rescheduling (within 24 hours) is subject to a $150 fee and limited availability. Cancellations Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled move will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled move or on the day of the move may be charged up to 50% of the estimated move cost. No-Show Policy If the crew arrives at the location and the customer is not present or reachable within a 1-hour window, this will be treated as a cancellation and the appropriate fee will apply.
